A grand country guesthouse turned luxury retreat, Osborn House sits in the heart of the Southern Highlands, thoughtfully reimagined by award-winning designer Linda Boronkay. Once a private residence dating back to 1892, the space now blends nostalgic charm with contemporary character.

The Lamp Factory London was commissioned to supply over 100 bespoke lighting pieces, all handcrafted in our South London workshops. These included 44 Reading Wall Lights, 17 Makeup Table Lamps and 49 Fixed Arm Wall Lights—each tailored to suit Boronkay’s signature mix of vintage elegance and modern design.

Our lights now feature throughout the 27-room property, adding warmth, detail and quiet drama to one of Australia’s most beautifully styled hotel escapes.
