Step 2: Shaping Your Vision

Once we understand your project, we’ll work together to bring your concept to life. Whether you have a sketch or just a rough idea, we’ll help refine every detail, from selecting the right materials and finishes to ensuring the structure fits perfectly within your space.  After our discussion, we’ll provide a comprehensive proposal that includes the design plan, dimensions, cost breakdown, and timeline—giving you a clear roadmap for your bespoke piece.

Step 3: Refining the Design 

​

With your concept in place, we’ll move into the development phase. Our team will create detailed CAD drawings, samples, or even prototypes, along with relevant material samples, such as metal finishes, patinas, glass, alabaster, or timber, depending on the complexity of the project. This allows you to review, provide feedback, and ensure every detail meets your expectations.  Our craftsmen, working from our South London and East Sussex workshops, will then refine and adapt the design based on your input, making sure it aligns perfectly with your vision before we proceed.

Step 4: Final Approval and Production 

​

Once you’ve approved the final design, our engineering and manufacturing teams will take over. Your bespoke piece will move through our specialized workshops in London, where we handle machining, woodwork, metal finishing, polishing, metalwork, and wiring—all in-house. Every step is carefully managed to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.

Step 5: Delivery, Installation & Aftercare. 

​

Once your bespoke piece has passed its final inspection, it will be carefully prepared for dispatch. We offer delivery directly to your project site, arrange international shipping, or coordinate with your preferred courier service. 

Upon delivery, an installation guide will be provided, and we strongly recommend that the piece is installed by a qualified professional in accordance with all relevant safety regulations.

For larger or more intricate pieces, regular maintenance such as cleaning must be carried out by an accredited professional. This ensures the longevity of the piece and compliance with our terms and conditions, as any misuse or improper handling may void warranties or aftercare services
